TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Our services are provided as electrical diagnostics, inspections, testing, and condition-based evaluations performed in the field by a licensed electrical contractor. We focus on identifying observable conditions, measured values, and potential risks related to electrical system operation, safety, and reliability.
McCarty Electric Solutions is NOT an Engineering Service, and where engineering analysis or stamped documentation is required, we may recommend that you seek out a licensed, Professional Engineer. In short, we do NOT provide professional engineering services.
Our NFPA70B documentations are condition-based assessments and they do not constitute certification of compliance, warranty of system condition, or assurance against future system failures.
Our AIC evaluations are field-based, and are intended to identify potentially underrated equipment using information available on site and should be considered as ESTIMATES. Exact fault current calculations and certification require engineering analysis and as such, are outside the scope of work we intend to provide.
All findings, measurements, and observations we provide are based on the site conditions we encounter at the time of inspection. Electrical systems are dynamic and conditions may change due to load variation, utility changes, equipment modification, or future work.
We utilize reasonable care, and professional judgement to provide our customers with recommended actions. An inspection/analysis does NOT guarantee future equipment performance or prevention of future electrical problems.
In short, when it comes to electrical diagnostics and documentation services, our goal is to:
Identify observable risks.
Provide accurate measurements and interpretations.
Document conditions clearly.
Offer professional recommendations.
